The Katoptron platform offers articles, applications (tests and widgets) and services that relate to self-awareness and self-development issues. It allows experts from various fields like psychology, NLP, philosophy etc to contribute content about self-awareness issues and diffuse it to self-awareness seekers.
KATOPTRON means a mirror, a reflector. Initially it was made by copper and it was used by the Hierophants, chief priests of the Eleusinian Mysteries in ancient Greece, for conceiving the ideal Morphs (forms) that they were beyond their senses [Gk Κάτοπτρον].
The KATOPTRON platform aims at offering the tools to all of its users for exploring themselves, for having a deeper understanding of their personalities, their motives, their perceptions, their talents, their inclinations and generally whatever has to do with their "ego-system".
